JGW109B is a high-speed assembly winder used as an upstream preparation machine for covering machines, fancy yarn twisting machines, and similar textile equipment. It is suitable for winding yarn materials such as chemical fibers and blended yarns into packages for subsequent processing.

The assembly winder adopts a single-spindle independent control system, where each spindle operates separately. Overfeed, yarn guiding, and spindle rotation are all independently driven, allowing more flexible adjustment during the winding process. This integrated electromechanical design helps maintain stable winding conditions and consistent yarn package quality during production.
