HKV141J is designed for producing ST and MS type metallic covered yarn. In this process, rayon or polyester filament is used as the core yarn, while metallic flat yarn such as ST or MS metallic film is wrapped around the core to form decorative metallic yarn.

Its dedicated metallic yarn unwinding device keeps the metallic film flat during processing, preventing deformation and ensuring stable yarn quality. Consistent yarn speed and uniform twist during production is maintained by the drafting rollers that uses a manual pressure structure with a pressure roller weight of 750g.

Metallic covered yarn produced by HKV141J is widely used in embroidery yarn, textile weaving, and decorative garment materials.
