HKV141B is designed for double covering production using filament yarns such as polyester or nylon in the 20D–100D range as the covering material. In this process, two covering yarns are wrapped around the core yarn to form double-covered yarn, creating a more balanced yarn structure suitable for elastic textile applications.

The yarn covering machine uses high-speed spindles independently developed by Jinggong and features a newly designed structure that is stable and easy to install. Energy consumption remains low during operation. It is also equipped with a high-performance electronic forming system that improves winding speed and yarn package quality while allowing smoother unwinding in downstream textile processes.

Covered yarn produced by HKV141B is widely used in apparel, knitted fabrics, and various elastic textile materials.
