HKV204 Air Covering Machine

HKV204 combines filament yarns such as nylon or polyester with spandex to produce air covered yarn or air interlaced yarn. The air covering machine uses compressed air to interlace the yarns, forming a stable yarn structure suitable for elastic textile applications.
The air covering machine is equipped with Heberlein air jets from Switzerland, which can be selected according to different yarn specifications to maintain stable interlacing quality. Each spindle operates with an independent control circuit, allowing real-time start and stop control. The system also works together with yarn sensors and yarn cutters so that the machine stops automatically when yarn breakage occurs.
The air supply system includes a combined oil-water separator with adjustable air pressure to filter moisture and oil from compressed air. This helps maintain clean air flow and stable yarn quality during production. The machine responds quickly during operation while maintaining energy-efficient and stable performance.
Air covered yarn is widely used in knitted and woven textile products such as seamless underwear, sportswear, and casual garments.
