HKV141A Spandex Covered Yarn Machine Single/Double Covering

Designed for covered yarn production, HKV141A produces spandex covered yarn by wrapping filament yarns such as polyester or nylon around a spandex core. The spandex covering machine is suitable for fine denier yarn processing. Typical configurations include 20D spandex as the core yarn covered with 12D polyester or nylon filament, or 20D spandex covered with 30D polyester or nylon filament.
It operates with high-speed spindles reaching up to 22,000 rpm, helping maintain stable production while supporting energy-efficient operation. The spandex covered yarn machine also adopts a high-strength bobbin holder together with an anti-slip spandex feeding unit. A yarn feeding pressure roller keeps yarn tension stable, allowing the covering process to maintain consistent twist and uniform yarn quality.
The yarn produced is widely used in knitted textile products such as hosiery, seamless underwear, and other elastic fabric applications.
