JGW109A Precision Assembly Winder

JGW109A is a high-speed tangential-belt precision assembly winder used as an upstream preparation machine for covering machines, fancy yarn twisting machines, and similar textile equipment. It is designed for winding various yarn materials such as chemical fibers, blended yarns, and cotton yarn into stable packages for subsequent processing.
The precision assembly winder uses a tangential belt transmission system similar to those used in high-speed textile winders, allowing stable spindle rotation and efficient package formation. Precision winding ensures that yarn packages maintain uniform tension and structure, which is important for stable unwinding during later processes such as twisting or covering.
