DTY Texturing Machine, JGT1200D

Developed for nylon DTY production, JGT1200D converts polyamide (nylon) POY into high-elasticity nylon DTY through drawing and false-twist texturing. During operation, the DTY texturing machine performs drawing and texturing in a continuous process, allowing nylon POY to develop a stable crimped structure with strong stretch and resilience.

It is designed to process S-twist and Z-twist yarns simultaneously at each spindle position. These two yarns are combined directly during processing to produce torque-free yarn in a single step. Compared with conventional single-spindle doubling production, the nylon DTY machine can double output while maintaining stable yarn quality.

Applications

JGT1200D is suitable for processing coarse denier yarns above 200D. These yarns are commonly used in fabrics for products such as suits and overcoats.

      The stacked-disc electric spindle false twisters support stable twisting performance and consistent yarn processing during nylon DTY production.

      Winding System

      The nylon DTY machine adopts a newly designed bobbin holder and winding system. An updated control algorithm improves winding precision threefold, keeping winding speed variation within one rotation. Three independent oil grooves and an integrated oiling roller help maintain stable winding and consistent package formation.

      W2X Structure

      It uses godet rollers that provide strong yarn grip with minimal yarn damage and removes the need for roller maintenance and performs particularly well when producing fine denier yarns. The W2 and W2X combination also allows more precise yarn tension control, helping improve interlacing quality while reducing air consumption and operating costs.
